Liberty- sweet like a McIntosh, yet more tart and has a flavor profile very much its own including some hints of citrus and melon.

Northern Spy-   bit of a tartness in its bite, but more of a cider-quality flavor with hints of pear and sweetness

Spigolds-fine grained firm crisp yellow flesh, sprightly and sweet.

Golden Russet- crisp, aromatic, sub acid, creamy yellow flesh with great flavor and legendary sugary juice.

Tydeman- juicy, firm though not crisp flesh, with a mild flavour.

Stayman- firm, tender, finely textured, juicy, crisp, and yellowish-green, the flesh is tart and spicy

Spartan- crisp white flesh is aromatic and exceptionally juicy with a balanced sweet-tart
